Bulin 47 × Kevin Wai is the duo behind the Madrid street freestyle that exploded into Dame Hombro and the AI remake wave. Here is who they are, what happened, and how fans remake the clip.
Dominican dembow artist and comedian Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso (born 1989), Capotillo roots, label 47 Music. Known for street humor and high-energy tracks. More bio: Who is Bulin 47?
Creator Kevin Wai (also Kevincito / Kevin Way; Kevin Menco Arregoces) filmed the approach and freestyle. Original TikTok (~2026-10-02): @kevincitooficial11. Artist-side posts also appear on bulin47rd / Bulin 47 Oficial. Deep dive: who is in the freestyle clip.
Outside a restaurant, speaker on, Bulin hopped on the beat. The shoulder bounce stayed readable on mute; views stacked into the tens of millions. They followed with the official song Dame Hombro (“give me shoulder” / back me up) — Bulin 47 × Kevin Wai.
Fans cast new faces into the same choreography. Searchers call those remakes Bulin 47 AI, bulin 47 freestyle AI, or dame hombro AI. Bulin47 is an independent remake tool for that format — not affiliated with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, or their labels.
Kevin Wai also appears as Kevincito, Kevin Way, and related tags. Bulin 47 is the stage name for Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso. Dame Hombro credits both. When searching TikTok, try multiple spellings plus “freestyle Madrid” if the first result is a remake instead of the origin.
Two readable leads, outdoor contrast, and a bounce that survives mute autoplay. AI tools then made casting new faces trivial. That is cultural remix energy — not a license claim. Bulin47 participates as an independent remake utility with clear disclaimers on every SEO page and the About page.

Credit the culture: the freestyle belongs to Bulin 47 and Kevin Wai’s moment. Fan remakes should stay clearly AI-labeled when platforms ask, use consented photos only, and avoid claiming official partnership. Bulin47’s job is the remake utility — nothing more.
Creator Kevin Wai (Kevincito) filmed Bulin 47 freestyling in Madrid around October 2, 2026.
