Dominican dembow artist and comedian Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso (born 1989), Capotillo roots, label 47 Music. The freestyle hook — “ya todos me conocen, soy Bulin 47” — is part of why the clip stuck.
Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso, known as Bulin 47, comes from Capotillo (Santo Domingo) and is tied to 47 Music. Search interest often mixes the artist name with the TikTok freestyle and the later track Dame Hombro.
The line “ya todos me conocen, soy Bulin 47” works like a self-intro hook: short, chantable, easy to lip-read. Paired with outdoor dual-lead energy and shoulder bounce, it became the template fans remake with AI casts.
